The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Yen Binh Commune, Term 2025-2030

On the morning of July 21, in Yen Binh Commune, the Party Committee of Yen Binh solemnly held the opening ceremony of its 1st Congress of Party Delegates, term 2025-2030.

Honored to be selected as the pilot grassroots-level congress of Lao Cai Province for the 2025-2030 term, the Congress was attended and directed by Comrade Tran Luu Quang - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission - along with other central and local Party and State leaders.
